Preparation matters. Each binder brings together local research, practical options, the people who need to be involved, and the fiscal questions that have to be answered before action. The campaign will keep listening and will make public commitments in full when they are ready.

Economic development is not an abstract scorecard. A stronger local tax base helps support the services residents rely on. It also means a city that is ready for investment, connected to its employers, and serious about the infrastructure that lets good jobs grow.

Residents should be able to count on the basics: responsive service, well-kept infrastructure, clear information, and public dollars managed with discipline.
Good stewardship starts with knowing what is working, fixing what is not, and being honest about cost and timing. Green Bay needs a City Hall that respects taxpayers, plans ahead, and follows through on the services that shape daily life.

Housing affects family stability, neighborhood strength, the local workforce, and whether people can see a future here.
Green Bay needs more paths for people at different stages of life to find a home and stay rooted in the community. That means treating housing as part of the city’s economic future as well as the health of its neighborhoods.
04 · Housing stability and homelessness
Meet a serious challenge with a serious local response.
People facing a housing crisis deserve a response that is practical, compassionate, accountable, and clear about who is responsible for what.
The City cannot solve homelessness alone, but it can be a better partner: focused on prevention, coordinated action, safe public spaces, and outcomes that help people move toward stability. That work has to respect residents, providers, and the people whose lives are at stake.
05 · Safe, strong neighborhoods
Make every neighborhood feel seen and supported.
Safety is built when neighbors are heard, city services respond, and City Hall follows through on the conditions that shape a block every day.
Green Bay should pair a clear focus on public safety with responsive attention to the practical concerns residents raise: nuisance properties, traffic, public spaces, and the everyday confidence that comes from a city that knows its neighborhoods.
