Respect for Law Banquet in Green Bay

The Respect for Law Banquet brought together local residents and law enforcement representatives at Riverside Ballroom in Green Bay on September 23.

I heard Adam Alexander share a story of perseverance, and the evening included recognition for Bill Morgan with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Officer Shelly Kastern of the Green Bay Police Department was also recognized with the Law Enforcement Award, along with distinguished officers from other agencies.

What stood out to me was the mix of personal story and public service. Events like this give people a chance to put names and faces with the work happening across Green Bay, and to recognize service that often happens without much attention.
